Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time and give you our full attention. If you're running late, let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling.
Cancellations & no-shows
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
Deposits & payment
Select services — such as color, extensions, and bridal styling — may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied to the final cost of your service and are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Full payment is due at the time of service; we accept major cards and contactless payment.
Services & pricing
Prices shown are starting points and may vary with hair length, density, and the time a service takes. Your stylist will confirm pricing during your consultation before any work begins. We are always happy to revisit a fresh service if you're not satisfied, within 7 days of your visit.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for any service or retail product, never expire, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. The value of a gift card cannot be applied to a deposit that has already been forfeited.
Liability
Please tell your stylist about allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your service. While we use professional products and take every precaution, Luxe Beauty Studio is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions. Personal belongings are your responsibility while in the studio.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Luxe Beauty Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. Photos taken in the studio for our portfolio or social media are shared only with your consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the courts of New York County.
